When choosing our home, we knew we wanted to preserve a piece of Pueblos history. Built in 1910, 1313 E. Routt Ave. has stood as a commercial fixture of service in the neighborhood for decades. Through a careful restoration that celebrates its long lasting impression, 1313 continues to serve its community of Pueblo—opening its doors as a welcoming space where families can gather, connect, and enjoy the coolest treats in town.
